Since excess moisture can easily ruin a wood flooring installation, flooring professionals are wise to take moisture readings of the wood before, during, and after installing. It scans wood quickly, providing a good overall sampling of the material, including the finished product, and it does this without damaging the wood. You can also program multiple wood species into the MMC220 moisture meter for accurate readings of the wood you’re using.
