Wagner Meters Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with any Wagner Meters product, please contact customer service within 30 days of the purchase date to request a refund or replacement. All items must be returned in undamaged condition along with all original packaging.

Return shipping charges and other related fees are your responsibility, unless you are returning an item that is defective.

Upon receipt of your return, Wagner Meters will issue a full refund or replacement as soon as we verify that the item is in undamaged condition with all original packaging included.

Our Complete Customer Care program is an extension of that goal. Our customer service is based on communication with the customer, understanding the customer’s requirements and performing the promised service dependably and accurately.

CUSTOMER CARE AND SUPPORT

Wagner Meters provides technical customer service support to answer questions regarding the correct operation of our hand-held moisture meters from 7:30 am to 4 pm (PT). There is no charge for this service.

CUSTOMER CARE TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time is five (5) working days from receipt of Purchase Order or payment and receipt of equipment for standard repairs. Shipping times may vary depending upon your location and method of shipment.
