Wagner Meters Repair Forms
FOR REPAIRS OUTSIDE OF THE USA: Please contact your local distributor for a Wagner authorized repair depot in your area.
In order to send your meter in for a repair, please follow the instructions listed below:
- Download the repair form for the meter you are sending in.
- Completely fill out the form in order to avoid a delay in the repair process. You may either fill out the form online or print it out before filling it out.
- Print out the form and ship it with your meter. Be sure to keep a copy for your records as well.
