DataMaster App Tutorial
The DataMaster™ L6 app turns a phone or tablet into the reader, recorder, and reporting tool for your concrete moisture testing. This tutorial walks through how it works.
What the App Does
The app connects over Bluetooth® to the Rapid RH® L6 Smart Sensors, the DataGrabber®, and the Total Reader®, so reading, recording, and reporting all happen without cables or handwritten logs.
With the app you can:
- Download time-stamped readings from L6 Smart Sensors, and set intervals for automatic RH readings.
- Capture and email everything needed to document an ASTM F2170 test.
- Send read-only reports, so the data cannot be altered after the fact.
- Map each reading to its sensor location on the job site.
- Attach photos, audio memos, and notes to a job.
- Print or email reports straight from your device.
- Upload job data to f2170reports.com.
That documentation is what protects you if a floor is questioned later: a time-stamped record of what the slab was doing, taken to the standard.
