What is relative humidity (RH)?
Relative Humidity (RH) is the total amount of vapor in the air compared to the amount of vapor that could be in the air; it is presented as a percentage.
In concrete, you measure the relative humidity of a small volume of air at the bottom of a hole drilled into the concrete.
