What’s the difference in readings between a Wagner and a pin meter?
Pin-type moisture meter readings must always be corrected for any difference in temperature above or below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Wagner Meters use advanced electromagnetic wave technology and are sensitive to the actual moisture content of the wood.
