In order to send your meter in for a repair, please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Download the repair form for the meter you are sending in.
2. Completely fill out the form in order to avoid a delay in the repair process. You may either fill out the form online or print it out before filling it out.
3. Print out the form and ship it with your meter. Be sure to keep a copy for your records as well.
