Our Complete Customer Care program is an extension of that goal. Our customer service is based on communication with the customer, understanding the customer’s requirements and performing the promised service dependably and accurately.

CUSTOMER CARE AND SUPPORT

Wagner Meters provides technical customer service support to answer questions regarding the correct operation of our hand-held moisture meters from 7:30 am to 4 pm (PST). There is no charge for this service.

CUSTOMER CARE AND REPAIR SERVICE

In the event of damage or failure to your moisture meter, download the appropriate repair form prior to returning it for repair here.

CUSTOMER CARE TURN AROUND TIME

Turn around time is five (5) working days from receipt of Purchase Order or payment and receipt of equipment for standard repairs. Shipping times may vary depending upon your location and method of shipment.
