Specific Applications For small wood working shops, home hobbyists and for wood applications where a narrow measurement area is required, the L609 combines a narrow sensing pad with Wagner Meters’ proven technology in a small compact meter. The L609 can quickly scan lumber and with easy to use species adjustment tables, provide reliable moisture content (MC) readings.
Simple to use “Press & Hold” button with an easy to read LED display, the L609 provides accurate average MC measurements of the measured region without damage to the wood surface. And like all Wagner Meters' hand-held units, there is no need to adjust MC readings for most normal operating temperatures.
Lightweight, with easy to use species adjustment tables, for applications that need a narrow measurement area, the L609 offers quick and reliable MC readings. .
