Ardex does have a lot of products. In the end though it all boils down to preparation and execution. Very few manufacturers have ever had a product failure (at least one they would admit to), but there have been hundreds of thousands of preparation and execution failures.

Absolutely, one of the most common is not using the primer for SLC. ha ha
