This product seems to have the gurus on http://www.hardwoodfloorsmag.com impressed for mitigating concrete moisture problems.
What do you gurus on this forum know about these products?

Actually Stephen the person posting this info was Howard Brickman and I know you know who he is! Went to the website and as I can discern it is a silicate product with a 20 year warranty. Just go to the http://www.bonedryproducts.com it is all documented. Well of course that is why I posted to see if anyone on this forum gives it any credibility. I have never had to mediate a slab so have zero knowledge in this regard. Seems there is credibility here for silicate sealers. Yes!!!

Hi Jim, yeah, round these parts silicates are called "spray n pray".

The other guys here know more about them than I do.

Just do forum search on silicates. Meanwhile you can read this thread where CC solutions is going off on one manufactuer of silicates.

As I assume, some throw it in the mix and some spray or roll it on top.
