New versus old readers....

#4
OK, so I went to the Wagner site and checked info about what readers and sensors and readers are avaliable online. There is no distinguishable verbage about which is which or most current.
Then I noticed the chat window. Had a chat with Robyn abiout my reader and here is what she said:

Quote:Robyn K.While the numbers are handy on the reader it is the label is the tell tell sign and if you do take a test and get an ER reading on any other reader that you may have then please call me that is a sure indicator that you need an upgraded reader.

And so if the label is bordered by yellow on top and bottom it is a current model. Which mine is thank the Lord! If it is orange then you may need an upgrade which I believe is free.

The Orange Man is goofing off at a trade show again. Dodgy

I absolutely Heart that chat!
