The polyurea I use is made by Euclid Chemical called Qwikjoint 200.
It's a wonderful product, gells in about 7 seconds, can be easily trimmed for several hours. Costs me about $28 a twin-tube.

The downside of the product is that it sets so fast. If you don't keep the stuff flowing it will set in the mixing tube.

The upside of the product is it sets so fast. You can trim it flush almost immediately, and go over it with patch immediately.

But the Koester does not require mixing does it? I watched the video of them doing vertical cracks but kinda forgot if there is mixing involved.

I fill cracks with the Qwikjoint 200. It is a two part polyurea. I use Koster epoxy, Koster primer, and sometimes Koster self-leveler, but Qwikjoint crack repair.

But you can't use a semi-rigid polyurea except under a koester like product. You can't use it for patching (in lieu of a cementuous patch like feather finish) for under resilient. Right?

A semirigid requires something rigid over it our the resilient flooring will telegraph those joints.

I use the polyurea over the Koster. Semi-rigid is the way to go, you do not want a product harder than the concrete itself or you will risk causing meandering cracks.

We used to use MM80, which is also a semi-rigid....
