I just found the best resource. I believe this is Peter Craig's website. He is a preeminent person in the world of moisture testing. It appears the website is new for 2011 when you look at the meta data.

It appears he has published some of his concrete construction & repair articles on the website. Some of them are really old but still hold great knowledge. The articles seem limited to ACI 302.2R issues and Moisture Testing. Recently he has published some curling articles which should also be read to understand how wet slabs dry / acclimate.

One of the photos is of a floor which we helped on the replacement last year and is probably one of the more studied moisture failures in recent history.

For the record, Peter is a GREAT guy. I highly recommend hiring him if you need any type of concrete moisture testing or surveying done if I am not available....

Seriously, he is a really good guy. His old website addy is for sale for $2,000!!! The guy in the picture on Peter's site is Bill Lepito, another super guy....
