There's a consensus throughout the industry that the Rapid RH is the best!!!

Just follow the directions included in the kit and follow ASTM F2170 and you will be fine.

Tips:

Clean the hole out well, then clean it some more!!!
Don't wobble with the drill! Make a straight 3/4" hole.
Drill to proper depth!
Don't allow debris into the sensor or the hole, keep water out.
The first reading after an hour or so is quite accurate, but for something you can take to the bank, wait 72 hours. (After 4 hours you will be really close, but this is off the record!)
Here's a debated one.... Maybe a mod can jump in if I am wrong....
When measuring concrete poured in a fluted pan, take the thickness of the concrete above the flutes (i.e. 4") and add 1/2 of the depth of the flutes (2" fluted pan means you would add 1" to the 4" for a total of 5") and drill your hole 40% of that measurement. I have not seen official documentation on this issue released yet, so please check beforehand. I believe the new ASTM will address this.
