How to test RH levels after moisture barrier is used

Here is my situation: Tested the conc with an RH level of 90%, using Bamboo floor covering that requires a moisture barrier. After installing the moisture barrier how do I determine if the moisture levels have reduced to the acceptable levels to install the bamboo? Do I use a CaCl test since I am now just concerned with the surface reading?

I think the two preferred methods will be the CaCl test ASTM F1869 and the RH Hood test ASTM F2420.

Personally I would use the CaCl test because that is probably what the flooring manufacturer is looking for. In this case the MVER will not vary much because of the mitigation system in place.

This test should be conducted directly on the moisture barrier, not over any patch material.

Is it a moisture barrier (VAP, Planiseal, MC) or is it a vapor membrane (visquene 6mil from Home Despot) or is a low perm vapor barrier (Stego, Reef or equal) ?

Is it gluedown? Bamboo over a slab reading 90% Thats one I would not feel bad about walking away from.
