How Do You Charge For Testing?

Long time, no hear from

Well, i got lucky. The flooring contractor put me in touch with the owner who sent me a check last week . My testing invoice was probably less the what the guy carries around in his wallet.

Unfortunately, the GC still owes 25+ subs upwards of $8MM. The flooring was about $350,000 alone!

Still no excuse. However, I was called to another job by a flooring contractor working for the same GC (I found out when I got there). I walked and told them why. Damn that felt good.
