You're right about the extra trips for sure. I just charge for the extra mobilization and tell them that's the ASTM testing standard. If they don't like it, they can call somebody else and waste time and money.
As far as RH for epoxy, I'm waiting on word to proceed with RH testing at another epoxy job, but this one's failing. Turns out someone did CaCl, but not sure if it was done per F1869.
