Well good luck. I specified a bunch of our sports flooring for the King Abdullah Economic City-Resort Cove project in Saudi Arabia and it was ... difficult to get them the right testing. The interiors person was in California but I think a lot of it was being run & engineered by the big Saudi contractors. Different from how the USA works.
