Yes, that was a boring accident to have JD, a disgrace! If you're going to get mangled toes, you should at least be sliding at 70 mph, under a gas tanker or something, like Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon or whichever movie I saw that stunt in.

I suppose I can't talk. A truck reversed into me in a parking lot. It was a borrowed bike too.

Loud pipes! Exactly right. Some straight Vance and Hines...I don't care who complains about the noise, it's safer. At least, that's a good alibi for wanting to advertise the glorious sound of a big V-twin.

JN, your injuries sound awful. Would have been even more awful if you got one of those annoying, pontificating doctors who preach about the stupidity of riding motorbikes (and they drive Volvos...)
