That's what I hear too. John Menard can be a pain in the behind. It really hurts he won't allow a Home Depot in northwest Wisconsin because that makes Menards the only player there and there are some things Menards doesn't carry that contractors need. So we have to struggle because John is scared of some competition.

What do you have down there for home improvement stores??

The usual fortunately... Several Home Depot and Lowes, plus about a half dozen or so good distributors with strong commercial lines. Some of which have multiple locations because the Pittsburgh topography and road system require that these types of businesses provide easy access to contractors. This can be a difficult city to navigate and conduct business efficiently.

Oh you're from Pittsburgh? I've been there a couple of times and agree the topography is very unique in that city. I can see how one could favor one business that is only a few miles closer over another due to traffic flow and roads. Then they stuck that airport in the middle, or the city grew around it, and that's a long way around!

Back to drill bits. Tried Metabo 4 blade bits last year. What a difference. I switch em out after about 100 holes, but they could go farther I'm sure. Like Wagner recommends, I do get better round holes with the 4 blade tip. I admit it I was being cheap. Forgive me Jason
