ASTM E1907 ?!?
I just had a proposal come across my desk referancing ASTM E 1907-06a Standard Guide to Methods of Evaluating Moisture Conditions of Concrete Floors to Receive Resilient Floor Coverings.
Can anyone give me some background on it? I read it was withdrawn and replaced by F710. So.... what should I think? http://www.astm.org/Standards/E1907.htm |
