Bill Clinton called me this morning. We talked about how much fun cigars can be.

Impossible. Bill stayed the night at my house after losing at poker and getting tanked on good tequila. His phone is dead today and he can't call out. I won't let him use my phones until he pays up the $100 he owes me from the poker game.

Clinton is a sloppy drunk I can tell you.... This place is a mess. And his secret service entourage is a pack of good-ol'-boys, but try to get them to make a beer run and 'Oh No, we can't leave Billy alone, what if something happens?'

Clinton was a popular president, but Gingrich is a much better card player...

Sounds like our Bob Hawke. I've always said Aussie politics is like a scaled down version of the US- and perfectly in-synch (maybe out by a few years...)
