I am cheap.

But I will pay for quality. I call that good value. I'd like to find an american made pan that is well made, but not the high rent stuff.

Calvin Klein makes jeans for $600 a pair. Levis are $40 a pair. I wear Levis.

If you want normal pan all clad is the best. It will last for 20+ years.

For non stick buy cheap on amazon and toss it at the first sign of wear.

We usually don't throw them away until the teflon is half gone. Is that bad? Isn't Teflon like a vitamin?
