RE: Using compressed air to clean out the concrete hole.
Makes sense. If you ever take computer compressed air and turn it upside down and spray ... fun! (just don't do it at yourself or anything you don't want to freeze).
Also makes sense so to not encourage treating the holes like you would a concrete dowel / anchor hole. |

RE: Using compressed air to clean out the concrete hole.
You can fix small dents in auto body's with that compressed air. First you heat the dent up with a lighter and foil in-between the fire and paint so as not to scorch the paint, then after it gets hot you hit the dent with the compressed air, voila....dent pops out.

Seriously??? So if I use a heat gun to warm the steel, then shoot it with liquid CO2, the dent will pop? Seems kind of counterintuitive (6) and like it may POP the paint, but I'll try it.... If you believe in that dent removal, you'll probably believe this video about opening your locked car with a tennis ball....

At $125 that is a fantastic tool to have. I was reluctant to get one because I was a DeWalt guy, but I have now replaced the cordless tools with Milwaukee's so I can now make this purchase.
Say Mr. FloorMedic.... Have we met? Perhaps worked together? Because I know two guys that use those vacs and have a dustless drill.... JD Grafton Concrete Answers for Flooring Problems JGrafton@ccsolves.com |
