Tonya is pretty new. I know all the Ardex boys in Aliquippa though.
Tonya and Bill were running around the state together a couple months ago and I was supposed to meet her, but I didn't have the time. Word on the streets is that she is new, but she's good. Floor failed, we fixed it, we're great. Don't get me wrong, I love Ardex, but you have to look at the details of these case studies to even begin to know how a product may fit into your business. These same blurbs are posted for silicate applicators and all the spray and prays. "Floor failed previously, I wore my lucky hat sold by Ronco Floor Systems and the new floor is great!" I want to see the data.
