Hospitals will keep flooring as long as they can. It costs a boatload to shut down your OR suite and replace the flooring. With proper maintenance a good floor will last 20 years easily. Even VCT will last that long.

Glad you measure your mixes. I see installers that go by feel, and not the big thing around here is to mix several different patches to create a hybrid patch. I haven't met any installer yet that uses Forti-Finish straight from the bag. When those jobs have problems what will Ardex have to say about them?
