RH testing shows the potential a floor has to fail or succeed. It really shows the condition of the slab inside. The 'potential' I always call it.

Say, if that isn't trademarked I should get that. I'll go check it out. I have been using "Concrete Potential' for years. Somehow it just makes sense in my mind... Tongue

Anyway, glad to see another manufacturer shy away from the antiquated MVER test and embrace the proven RH test.

Too bad they didn't go as far as to call out the Wagner Rapid RH like one major manufacturer I know of has: Nora Rubber. Yay Nora!!!! Big Grin
