How do you bring the RH levels down? If a moisture barrier is installed, doens't the RH level stay the same? For example, if I took a test that read 90% and Manufacturer recomends 75%, if a moisture barrier is installed the RH would equaliberate at 90%. How do you test after the barrier is installer if manufacturer does not reconize the Calcium Chloride test?

You can do a hood RH test, but it would just be to validate the effectiveness of the mitigation system. Once the barrier is installed, the RH will remain high for a VERY long time, but the moisture and alkalinity will not reach the flooring installed on top of the barrier, so it's a moot point.
