Reader Longevity - Ernesto - 09-21-2009 04:27 PM I think Ron told me this but I fergot. How long does my reader last and can I change the battery if it dies? If not why not!!! RE: Reader Longevity - admin - 09-22-2009 01:26 PM These are good questions and can you can find the answers on the Rapid RH FAQ page. The answers are outline below for easier reference: The Rapid RH Reader should last anywhere from 7,000 to 9,000 on/off cycles. Wagner does not recommend battery replacement. If your battery dies while still under warranty, send it back with a copy of the proof of purchase date, the reason for return and Wagner will replace your reader. If the reader is not under warranty, please discard and purchase a new reader from one of our distributors or at rapidrh.com RE: Reader Longevity - eaadams - 09-13-2011 03:10 PM Will one reader read the same as another reader? I have only one reader. RE: Reader Longevity - CC Solutions - 09-14-2011 07:12 AM (09-13-2011 03:10 PM)eaadams Wrote: Will one reader read the same as another reader? I have only one reader. The reading value is generated in the sensor so all readers will read the same. I have a couple readers but I'll be darned if I know where they are. I keep leaving them at jobsites so the GC or owner can read the probes. It just makes sense because some of these jobs are 3, 4 or even 7 hours away. |
