RH and MVER Concrete Moisture Conversion table

I found this conversion chart on a blog and wondered if anyone else had seen this and if it's accurate?

"<75% would be equivalent to <3 lbs/sf
76%-85% would be equivalent to 3-6 lbs/sf
86%-90% would be equivalent to 6-12lbs/sf
>91% we are going to want to look very closely at the floor before moving forward"
